We offer free standard shipping to our Australian and New Zealand customers.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard shipping is free for orders over AUD$350. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for orders under this threshold. At this time, we do not offer Express Shipping (we're always working to improve our services, so stay tuned for future shipping updates!).
We want to make our handbags accessible to as many people as possible. Please note that international shipping rates may vary depending on your location, and are calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout.
As of 2025, the US government removed its previous exemption for low-value international parcels, meaning every parcel shipped to the US (regardless of price) is now subject to customs duties. This isn't a fee we chose to add; it's a government-mandated import charge applied to goods entering the US from any country.
To keep your order simple and avoid any surprise bills after your parcel leaves us, we collect this duty upfront at checkout. The amount shown reflects the current US import duty rate for your order based on its value and product classification.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Local Australian standard delivery may take 5-7 business days to arrive. International standard deliveries can take anywhere between 7-16 business days. *Please note these estimates are a guide. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Pre-orders allow us to produce intentionally rather than speculatively. As an independent handbag label, this helps us avoid overproduction, manage resources responsibly, and focus on quality rather than excess stock.
Producing only what is needed significantly reduces material waste, unused leather, and unsold inventory. It also allows us to plan production runs more efficiently, lowering our overall environmental footprint.

As a small business, we offer returns for faulty items within 14 days of receiving your item. We currently do not accept returns for change of mind. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel's journey in real time. Make sure to check your Junk/Spam mail folders.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

- Ensure there are no delivery delays noted on the carrier's website.

Our pieces are made in small, carefully crafted batches which means restocks may be limited or unavailable. Due to the nature of our materials, especially the iridescent leather, each batch may vary slightly in colour or finish. Iridescent and colour-shifting leathers are particularly difficult to replicate exactly, so even restocked designs may not be identical to earlier releases.
Please note that our leather is custom-made and can take at least 4–6 weeks to produce before manufacturing begins, so restocks are never immediate. If you see something you love, we recommend securing it while it’s available.
