Returns Policy
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), EU customers may:
- Cancel their order at any time before the order has been shipped.
- Withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order without giving any reason.
- Where an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the customer (or a person nominated by the customer) receives the final item in the order.
The form is provided to assist EU consumers in exercising their right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673. Submission of this form constitutes a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal request, we will promptly acknowledge your request and process it in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
FAULTY ITEMS
A ‘faulty’ item is one with a manufacturing defect that affects its function or durability and was present at the time you received it. Please note: natural colour variations in leather, or changes that occur with use are not considered faults. As our pieces are crafted in small batches, we encourage thoughtful purchases to avoid disappointment.
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the package. All items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Faulty items may be returned for a refund. International customers, please note: Return shipping costs for faulty items are not covered by Lyán the Label.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Feel free to reach out to us at hello@lyanthelabel.com
