Returns Policy

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. At this point in time, we are unable to complete a formal exchange for international orders. International customers (outside Australia), please note: Return shipping costs for international orders are not covered by Lyán the Label.

FAULTY ITEMS

A ‘faulty’ item is one with a manufacturing defect that affects its function or durability and was present at the time you received it. Please note: natural colour variations in leather, or changes that occur with use are not considered faults. As our pieces are crafted in small batches, we encourage thoughtful purchases to avoid disappointment.

 

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the package. All items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Faulty items may be returned for a refund. International customers, please note: Return shipping costs for faulty items are not covered by Lyán the Label.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
